In this plant; under 2 mm calcite comes to the elevator which is EL-18 model and 18 meters. Material is fed by the elevator to VCR-D 304/22 with 10 tonnes/hour capacity. 700/400/100 microns products are obtained.
In this plant, the product of the previous 2000 x 6000 mm screen, -400 microns calcite, is fed to single deck VCR-D 104/7. Capacity of the machine is variable within 1,2 tonnes/hour and 2,5 tonnes/hour according to grain size distribution in the crusher of the fed product. Besides, we could make the AFS adjustment of the material with our unique technology. Upon request of our customer, we adjust the different parameters of the machine like oversize amount in values as 6,5/8/12 with the calibration system. In this plant, oversize amount is adjusted between 3,5 and 5 upon the request of the customer.
In this plant, two of our machines work in sequence. Firstly, double decks VCR-D 203/8 model screen calcite in 5 mm and 10 mm. Secondly, triple decks VCR-D 304/22 model screen in 710/400/100 microns with 12,5 tonnes/hour capacity.
In this plant, one and a half decks VCR screening machine in size of 1500 x 4000 and feeder with -50 mm screen calcium in 850 microns undersize material with a capacity of 22,5 tonnes/hour.
In this plant, triple decks VCR-D 304/20 model screen calcite in 2 mm, 800 microns, 125 microns.
